Minifigure sets are the fastest way to go from a few figures to a scene. A set gives you a full cast with gear already matched to a theme, which is what makes it better value than buying the same figures one at a time. Every figure is compatible with major brick brands.

What is in this collection

Themed squads built around a single era or role, typically 8 to 18 figures, plus larger packs for army building. WWII, modern forces, SWAT and police, knights, and historical sets. Gear comes with the figures, so a set arrives ready to pose rather than needing an accessory order behind it.

Sets or singles?

Buy a set for the masses, singles for the heroes. A scene needs repetition to read as a unit, and that is what a set gives you cheaply. The one or two distinctive figures that carry the story are worth buying individually.

Sets are the cheaper route per figure. A set brings the per-figure cost down sharply against buying the same figures one at a time, which is the entire economics of army building.

Eight to twelve figures is the sweet spot. Enough to read as a squad, not so many that half of them never leave the bag. Our complete guide to buying minifigures in bulk covers the full buying logic, including what to check before a large order.

Buying for army building

Army building means buying the same figure on purpose, repeatedly, until the shelf reads as a unit. It has its own buying order, and getting it wrong is how people end up with thirty mismatched figures instead of a platoon. For the full range across every era and role, browse all army minifigures.

What to check in a set

Printing, not stickers. Torsos and faces should be pad-printed. Stickers lift at the edges within a season of handling.

Clutch. Press ten figures onto a plate, tilt it, lift one off with two fingers. It should hold on the tilt and release on the lift.

Gear count. A set with figures and no accessories costs more than it looks, because the gear order comes next. Sets here ship with their weapons and kit.
