RETURN PROCESS

Please reach out to us before sending anything back. Items returned without prior contact are not eligible for a refund. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns — we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories, figures, and weapons included.

Any return shipped to an incorrect address due to failure to contact us first is not our responsibility to refund or reship.

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, you may choose either a full refund for the product minus original shipping costs, or a reship after collecting additional shipping fees.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Bundle deals that have been opened and separated
  • Any item that shows signs of use, assembly, or modification
  • Items returned after 30 days of the original purchase date

DAMAGED OR MISSING PIECES

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or is missing figures, weapons, or accessories, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right — no questions asked.

Please Note:

  • Always follow the instructions provided by our support team to ensure your refund is processed correctly and on time.
  • Items returned after 30 days of the original purchase date will not be refunded.
  • Shipments deemed undeliverable are eligible for a full refund minus shipping costs and a 2% processing fee, or a reship for additional shipping fees.
  • Brick Bros is not responsible for lost, stolen, misrouted, undeliverable, or customs-seized shipments.
