The Story
Fog rolls off the moat as the gate chains groan open. The king steps into the courtyard in gleaming gold, flanked by two plumed knights who never leave his side. Behind them, the dragon shields go up in a single wall of green and orange. Crossbowmen take the battlements, hooded scouts slip out through the side gate, and a scarred veteran barks the order to hold. Something is coming over the ridge tonight, and the Dragon Guard will be ready for it.
